# Invisa Personal Noncommercial Evaluation License

Version 1.1 • Release 0.3.0-original • 13 October 2026

Licensors: Michael Urbanowicz and Brittany Urbanowicz, for rights they own or control. Faith Over CP publishes this release with their authorization. Contact: mike@faithovercp.org. This release does not assign ownership to Faith Over CP or represent that a charitable-field agreement has been executed.

## 1 Covered materials and acceptance

This license covers only the CAD and accompanying documentation identified in the release manifest and each package's checksums. It does not cover unrelated or future designs, third-party content, private source files, patient information, or intellectual property identified only by a brand name. Exercising permissions under this license means accepting these terms; rights you have independently under law are unaffected.

## 2 Free personal evaluation permission

Subject to these terms, Licensors grant individuals a worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty-free license under their controlled copyrights to download, retain, study, privately modify and fabricate copies solely for personal, noncommercial, off-body evaluation. An unpaid helper or caregiver may assist an individual under the same restrictions. No purchase or donation is required. The scope of this grant excludes wearing the prototypes or applying them to a person; these files do not authorize clinical use, treatment, fitting or replacement of prescribed devices.

## 3 Commercial rights reserved

No commercial manufacture, sale, lease, paid printing or fitting, reimbursed service, commercial development or use for commercial advantage is licensed. An organization, nonprofit program, service bureau or research institution must obtain separate written permission for activities outside the individual personal grant. Donation-funded or cost-recovery distribution is not automatically permitted. Commercial and institutional licensing inquiries may be sent to the contact above. This is a source-available personal/noncommercial license, not an open-source license.

## 4 Copying and modifications

Keep the license, attribution, version and caution notices with copies. You may provide necessary unmodified files privately to an unpaid helper assisting your permitted evaluation, provided that person accepts these terms. Share the official download-page link for wider access. Public mirroring, sublicensing, distribution of modified CAD and distribution of fabricated parts require separate permission. Mark private modifications with their date and a description; do not imply approval. You retain any rights in your original contributions, subject to the underlying rights. There is no automatic assignment or license-back of your modifications.

## 5 Limited patent permission

To the extent Licensors own or control patent claims necessarily infringed by the permitted making and use of the supplied Materials, they grant a nonexclusive, royalty-free patent license solely for those permitted activities. This grant does not cover added features or combinations beyond the supplied design or third-party claims. All other patent and commercial rights are reserved. Nothing represents that a claim is granted, valid, enforceable or covers a particular file; no rights are extended beyond the life or territory of a patent claim.

## 6 Marks and ownership

All existing IP remains with its respective owner. No trademark, logo, endorsement, certification or product-branding license is granted. Lawful factual identification and required attribution are permitted, but do not label your fabricated or modified product as approved by Invisa or Faith Over CP. No registered-mark status is asserted by this license.

## 7 Evidence and evaluation limits

These are experimental digital models. Checks of dimensions and mesh closure do not establish shoe fit, anatomical side, minimum wall thickness, mechanical strength, fatigue, material suitability, skin compatibility, printability or clinical benefit. This release preserves the original Rev 02 source coordinates without resizing. STL does not declare physical units; units, intended scale and anatomical side remain unconfirmed. No shoe-size compatibility is represented. No FDA clearance, approval, exemption or qualified manufacturing process is represented. No clinician, patient or family should treat these files as a prescription or a validated wearable device.

## 8 Warranties and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Materials are supplied AS IS and AS AVAILABLE, without warranties of accuracy, completeness, noninfringement, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, safety or performance. To that extent, Licensors and the authorized publisher disclaim liability for claims or losses arising from use of the Materials. Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded, including applicable nonwaivable liability for personal injury, fraud or misconduct. You remain responsible for your lawful activities; this clause is not a substitute for engineering or professional review.

## 9 Duration and breach

Permissions continue for the duration of the applicable rights while you comply. Upon material breach, permissions terminate, with reinstatement if you cease the violation and cure it within 30 days after first receiving notice, unless the violation is incapable of cure. Termination does not erase accrued obligations, required records or rights independently provided by law. Licensors may offer future versions on different terms; a later version does not automatically replace this license for a compliant existing copy. Permissions do not include continued use of withdrawn unsafe activity or activity prohibited by law.

## 10 Additional permissions

Any expanded permission must be obtained in writing from a person authorized to grant it. This license does not grant rights Licensors do not control. Counsel review of enforceability, ownership and the organization's arrangements remains advisable; publication of this text is not a legal opinion.
