Prices and included components checked October 4, 2026. Final price, sizes and availability are confirmed in the current store. GabeTop, SophTop and JoeTop each include one pair of 10° ToeLifts.
Start with the footwear. Understand each component before choosing a configuration.

Adaptive shoes are the wearable foundation. SophTop and GabeTop pair everyday styling with space and access for the intended setup.
Explore shoesAn insert changes the internal forefoot setup. GabeTop, SophTop and JoeTop listings include one pair of 10° ToeLifts; the appropriate configuration needs individual review.
View ToeLift in the storeA shaped footbed with a raised forefoot and heel cup. The geometry, material, and fit are part of the design—not a guarantee of a specific walking outcome.
Check InvisaSole release statusA brace component shown here with InvisaSole. Support requirements and shoe compatibility depend on the person and configuration.
Check InvisaBrace release statusThe ToeLift diagram is a simplified geometry illustration, not an assembly guide or a prediction of toe clearance. During walking, external sole shape, foot position, and the movement of the whole leg all matter. A clinician should review fit, configuration, and any change to prescribed bracing.
Sophie’s experience inspires the work. Clear evidence helps families understand its limits.
An earlier custom prototype was examined in a single-participant gait-laboratory comparison. Original chart labels and test configurations still need verification before we publish numerical comparisons. This historical case does not establish the performance of current retail footwear or the downloadable Rev 02 CAD.
Source: a family-provided historical gait-laboratory report. The comparison is not a controlled clinical trial, and numerical results are withheld pending verification.
The download packages preserve the original Rev 02 geometry and separate its brace and sole components. Digital geometry checks do not establish physical fit, print readiness, material strength or clinical suitability. The original brace has three non-manifold vertices; these files are for off-body evaluation only.
Read the CAD checks and limitationsRelated research found that toe-spring geometry can reduce work at the toe joints. A small study of 11 children with CP reported better visual gait scores with sensorimotor orthoses than with their AFOs. Neither study tested Invisa or SophWear products.
A randomized study of 19 children with bilateral spastic CP found greater improvements in balance and parent-reported mobility after three months with individualized AFO-footwear alignment. It did not find a significant benefit on its other reported outcome measures. The study tested other orthoses, not Invisa, and does not establish a universal angle or shoe-size fit.
The toe-spring study found reduced work at the toe joints. It did not establish increased muscle activation, stronger muscles, or greater ankle push-off power. Those outcomes require their own measurements.
Geometry models can explore hypothetical toe-clearance scenarios. An internal ToeLift does not automatically create the same external shoe-clearance change assumed by a model. Measured shoe geometry and walking trials are needed to test that connection.
A model is a way to frame a question. It does not replace measurements of a real shoe, orthosis and wearer.
Product-specific fit and durability, measured toe clearance, repeatable gait comparisons, fatigue and comfort, and longer-term outcomes across more participants. Muscle activation and ankle push-off require direct assessment.
Evidence explanation updated October 13, 2026. Individual results vary; this information does not determine whether a product can replace someone’s prescribed orthosis.
We’re preparing a free Family Access program for families buying for a person with a disability or mobility-support need. Buy shoes once. Keep helpful guidance available without a required monthly fee.

Two downloads from the same source: the complete brace-and-sole assembly, or its perforated sole alone.

The original two-component Rev 02 STL, plus the separated brace and sole components. Original triangle geometry preserved without redesigning or rescaling.
The original brace has three non-manifold vertices; source geometry is preserved. See verification.

The perforated sole with the elevated forefoot, extracted from that same original Rev 02 file. A separate component, with no redesign or rescaling.
View sole downloadDownload correction: The 52 chart-reference variants from release 0.2.1 used the wrong InvisaSole source and have been withdrawn. These two downloads replace them with the original Rev 02 geometry; they are not assigned shoe sizes.
Release 0.3.0-original · Free personal/noncommercial off-body evaluation only; commercial rights reserved. Units, physical scale, anatomical side, fit, assembly, print materials and clinical suitability remain unverified. Do not wear or apply these files to a person. Current GabeTop, SophTop and JoeTop listings each include one pair of 10° ToeLift inserts: two individual inserts for one pair of shoes. You do not need to buy that included pair again. The store currently offers an optional extra pair at half price with a qualifying shoe purchase; the store confirms the promotion in your cart. A qualified clinician should review whether an insert and configuration are appropriate for the wearer.

The planned Family Access program is for an adult buying for a person with a disability or mobility-support need. Membership will be free, with simple self-attestation and no diagnosis upload. The target SophTop and GabeTop price is $49.99, plus current $10 US shipping and tax, subject to final fulfillment cost review. Enrollment and account discounts are not live yet. Email mike@faithovercp.org to ask about assistance; please leave out medical records.
No required monthly subscription is planned for Family Access. The planned Invisa Family service includes saved sizing, approved setup resources and easier repeat purchases. Household profiles and secure order history need account services before they can be offered. Today, guided product answers and sizing guidance are available to everyone without a fee.
Shoes are a one-time purchase. There is no required shoe subscription or Family Access membership fee. If an eligible installment option appears in the store checkout, it pays down one purchase and ends when it is paid off. Available options, eligibility, interest, fees and payment dates are shown by the provider before you agree. Installments are not confirmed as enabled yet; do not assume they are available for a $49.99 purchase.
The donation button opens Faith Over CP’s current PayPal donation page. Donations support its family and adaptive innovation mission. A dedicated monthly Family Access sponsorship program is planned, but is not open yet. Donations are optional and separate from shoe purchases; a family does not need to donate to be eligible for the planned program.

Oakley’s family

Faith Over CP grew from a family’s search for more possibilities for their daughter. Sophie’s experience inspired a simple goal: make supportive footwear easier to understand, easier to access, and something kids want to wear.
Faithovercp.org remains our public home for products and purchases. Invisa brings product guidance, sizing, and release updates together while our existing store handles purchases.
Donations support Faith Over CP’s work with families and adaptive innovation. Product purchases are separate from donations.
Purchases are not tax-deductible donations.
