Source identity
Both current downloads derive from one source: Sophia Brace Schematic- rev02 2 sections.stl. Its SHA256 is 50f3b9460bed0d96c954362010a62ccd267f26e6d5d9cd3bb646e1edda4f3c90.
Preserved geometry
The original assembly contains 193,118 triangles. Connectivity separates it into the 114,176-triangle outer brace and 78,942-triangle perforated sole with elevated forefoot. The assembly is byte-for-byte original. The extracted STLs preserve their respective original triangle records, order and coordinates. Their triangle records partition the source completely without omissions or additions. No resizing, remodeling, mirroring, repair or coordinate transformation was used.
Mesh checks
Both connected components pass basic closed-edge/watertightness and winding checks. An expanded vertex-topology check found THREE pinched/non-manifold vertices in the original brace, each joining two disconnected incident triangle fans. The sole has zero such vertex issues. The brace therefore does not pass a full manifoldness claim, and no print-ready claim is made. This source condition is preserved in both the original assembly and extracted brace; it was not introduced by extraction. They are not digitally altered product photos.
Unverified properties
These checks establish source identity, extraction fidelity and basic closed-mesh properties. They do not establish physical units, intended scale, anatomical side, full self-intersection clearance, minimum wall thickness, attachment design, physical assembly, material suitability, printability, strength, fatigue, shoe fit, skin compatibility or clinical benefit. Neither download is an approved wearable device or a verified shoe-size model.
Previous release
The previous 52 chart-reference variants used a different base source and are withdrawn. Passing their numerical size checks did not verify that they were the intended design. The previous unsized brace ZIP is superseded by the explicitly labeled original assembly package. No STEP, 3MF, slicer profile or generated size variants are supplied in this corrected STL release.
